    This knife comes fantastically sharp and keeps its edge very well. I've been using it for a while and can't detect any dulling yet. Blade also looks beautiful and looks really neat. Good for jobs between needing a paring knife or a chef knife, very ergonomic. I wouldn't buy any knife of lower quality after using this.
