The Yoshihiro Hinoki Cypress Cutting Board is crafted from genuine Hinoki wood sourced from Kouchi, Japan. This premium wood contains natural oils that help resist bacteria, insects, and rot. Unlike lower-quality boards, it is resistant to warping or shrinking.

The board is gentle on knife edges, helping maintain their sharpness, and features anti-twisting maple core that provides additional stability and reduces the risk of twisting.
