Revitalize your favorite knives with Yoshihiro Cutlery’s professional knife handle replacement service. Whether your current handle shows signs of wear or you want to upgrade to a more elegant design, we provide expert craftsmanship to restore the look and feel of your blade.
Step 1: Select your ideal handle from our premium collection here or scroll down.
Step 2: Send an email to info@echefknife.com with a photo of your knife and the name of the handle you’ve selected. We will review the knife for compatibility and confirm before proceeding. Once approved, you will receive an invoice for the handle and the service fee.
Step 3: After receiving and paying the invoice, mail your knife to us at:

Step 4: When the replacement is complete, we will promptly return your knife, beautifully equipped with its new handle and ready for immediate use.
Our handle replacement service starts at just $45 to $65 based on blade length, plus return shipping. This fee is in addition to the price of the handle you choose.
